Once again, we’re excited to be announcing that our latest release was deployed on Sept 10, 2024. This release represents our sixth official release since going to market last year. The focus of this release was to support our expansion across Canada by adding time zones to the client user profile and allowing other types of provider documentation for verification. We also added in new reports for clients and providers to make it easier at tax time and even built one out for concierges!
Here are all the highlights of our latest release!
Client Time Zones
Look out Canada, here we come! Adding time zones to the client profile supports our expansion to other provinces. By default, a client user’s time zone is automatically detected based on their computer’s time zone. However, clients can change it so (for example) if someone else is managing a loved one’s care from afar, they can change the time zone to match that of the person receiving care. This will allow the individual managing the account to see booking times in the care recipient’s time, rather than their own, making it easier to schedule care for their loved one(s) in other provinces.
Client Booking History Report
Clients can now view a booking history report that shows aggregate data and individual appointment data. The report gives the user filter options including date range and appointment status. They can even download it in various formats (CSV, XLXS, PDF) so they can send it off to their tax specialist at tax time or just print it off if they prefer a hard copy. All of this to help clients or their primary caregivers manage their care with more ease!
Provider Business Reports
Providers can now manage their care services much more easily with our new business summary and booking history reports. Providers can filter their business summary report by date and choose whether to include inactive services. They can also view important aggregate data including # of unique clients, bookings, hours and fees. The booking history report allows providers to filter by date and appointment status and includes both aggregate and individual appointment data. Both reports are exportable in various formats (CSV, XLXS, PDF) and can be printed off. These reports will be particularly useful for providers at tax time when they need to report their earnings.
Concierge Facility Appointment History Report
Concierges can now access a facility appointment history report so they can keep track of who is coming in/out of their facility, which residents are getting care, how many are being supported and how many hours have been booked. The report can be filtered by date, appointment status and client. It’s also available for export in CSV, XLXS and PDF formats and of course, can be printed out!
Down the road…
Our mission at Gravitii is to revolutionize home care with technology that empowers people. That’s why we’re always making improvements and adding new features based on feedback from everyone we support. Here is a snip-it of what you can expect in a future release:
- Supporting Non-Registered Care Providers – Not everyone needs a registered Health Care Aide for personal care. Sometimes, people just need a caring individual to help them, whether it be in the garden, driving to/from a medical appointment, shopping or simply just sitting and playing a game of cards. That’s why we’re exploring ways to include other types of care providers, so those seeking care have more choice in which providers serve them best.
Plus, lots more…so, keep watching!
